Estimating & Design Overview

Our team of estimators will, on receipt of your architectural drawings, produce a quotation and floor layout drawing showing the positioning of the beams or slabs, proposed partitions, SVP’s etc. This drawing must then be checked on site with the actual dimensions before signing off and returning to us. Any required amendments must be advised at this stage and a further drawing will be submitted for approval prior to delivery taking place.

TT Concrete Products in-house CAD based computer design system enables the preparation of specific layout plans for block and beam floors. Producing the most economic floor layout for use with our prestressed concrete floor beams and hollowcore slab on brick, block or steel frame support, including individual structural calculations for submission to any checking authority. Our design team works closely with clients to produce bespoke concrete products to their specification.
